Dolores Cardamona of Yonkers died peacefully surrounded by family, Wednesday, March 25, 2015. Born on March 6, 1928 in Yonkers, N.Y. Daughter of the Late Thomas and Margaret Mahan. Beloved wife of Thomas Vincent Cardamona for sixty-five years. Devoted mother of Elizabeth Cardamona (John), Thomas Angelo Cardamona, Laura Bonci, Robert Anthony Cardamona (Margaret) and Rosemarie Fanelli (Mark). Also surviving are seven cherished grandchildren, Alex, Joelle, Michael, Matthew, James Kathryn and Victoria and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Friday, 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church on Saturday, March 28th at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
